The CEO of The Musician’s Club, a web based instrument storefront, reportedly fired 99 out of 110 workers and contracted freelancers for lacking a single morning assembly.
A Musician’s Membership intern described the surreal occasion in a viral and since-deleted post on the subreddit mildlyinfuriating, writing that “I joined an internship, and an hour later, your entire staff obtained fired.”
Music manufacturing journal MusicTech has since obtained internal messages the CEO despatched on Slack, confirming the loopy story.
